As a first time home buyer, Tom was the perfect realtor. He was eager to help me get started and available multiple days a week to show me all types of properties. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the home buying process. He was also extremely patient and allowed me to lead on all the decision making. He provided all the information but always made it clear that he was working with me and I had the final word. It was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable making such a big decision.
