Hi all. My name is Jack, my wife is Sharon, and our story is a simple one. We started looking for a Realtor in mid July. Tom came to us highly recommended by our daughter and son-in-law. We had seen a house online that caught our interest so we called Tom and asked him to get us in for a look. He had us in that weekend. Little did I know we were about to begin a mostly fun and exciting learning experience. Buying a house can be spooky and confusing for us first time buyers. Thanks to Tom and his patience we were able to laugh through a lot of the process and feel well taken care of at the same time. Tom proved to be quite knowledgeable and very good at explaining to us what we were going through and how the process works. He was in constant contact with us, even while we were vacationing on the cape. I was beginning to wonder if the guy ever takes a break. He was available no matter the time of day or the day of the week! The process we began in mid July ended with much success in less than two months. We now live in our dream home thanks to Tom and his co-workers at Coldwell Banker.
