Paxton, MA

Paxton is a hidden gem located just south of Rutland and west of Worcester. It is a smaller suburb, but that’s why people love to live there. It has a very rural and very classic New England feel, but it is only minutes to Worcester down Rt. 122. Paxton is part of the greater Wachusett School District along with Rutland, Holden, Sterling, and Princeton. The shared high school is Wachusett High School in Holden. One of the best area state parks is Moore State Park which is located in Paxton.
